Despite the pandemic Delta is continuing to dispatch high volumes of work to drivers. Passenger bookings are all still being submitted through Delta’s telephone operators, App, Mobile Web Booker, Automated Supermarket & Hospital Freephones and IVR as well as a brand new Speech Recognition system.

Delta Settle remains at £52.50 / wk (or £12.50 per zone) with a further £25 / week off all company car rentals so that drivers can continue to recover from the economic fallout.

Instead of queuing to speak to query operators Delta has fully automated the process for drivers to report bogies (no customer found at pickup) or recall bookings (handing back any jobs you have accepted but don’t want to do).

Settle payments can still be paid direct into Delta’s bank account or if you prefer to pay cash just take your money to any HSBC branch remembering to quote your four digit driver number when asking for your cash to be paid into the following Delta account…
