SETTLE PAYMENT GUIDE
1. The Weekly Rental Charge (Settle) is £100.00 inclusive of VAT for drivers who
a) Pay the Settle via BACS
b) Pay the Settle "on time" in accordance with Clauses 4(a) and (b)
c) Agree to carry Accounts Passengers
d) Agree to carry passengers paying by Card or Contactless.
2. Additional weekly charges of £5 inclusive of vat apply for each circumstance listed above (1a, b, c & d) that drivers fail to satisfy.
3. The Settle Week runs from 00.01am Thursday to 23.59pm Wednesday.
4. Payments are deemed to be "on time" if
a) BACS payments clear the Company's nominated bank account before 10.00am Wednesday of the Settle Week or
b) CASH or CARD payments are made to the Admin Support Team of our Bootle Control Centre before 12.00 Noon Saturday of the Settle Week.
5. You are not obliged to seek permission for or report any periods, regardless of frequency or duration, in which you do not wish to or are unable to carry out bookings for whatever reason. If however you want a reduction in settle charges, services may be suspended by you with no settle due for blocks of seven whole days that are notified to our Admin Support Team prior to the commencement of the period that operator services are not required.
6. The Company's nominated bank account for BACS payments is Sort Code 40-29-17 – Account No. 91470310 - Account Name D.E.L.T.A. MERSEYSIDE LTD.
