Operator Fee (Settle) Payment Guide

1. Operator Fee Options
Delta offers seven weekly operator fee options. For full details, see the Operator Fee Guide.
2. Operator Fees and Conditions
Weekly Operator Fees (including VAT) apply to all drivers. To avoid additional charges, drivers must:
a) Have their payment cleared into Delta’s nominated Bank Account by 23:59 on Wednesday
b) Accept passengers who pay on account
c) Accept card or contactless payments via a card payment terminal
If any of these conditions are not met:
• A £5 charge (Inc VAT) applies for each unmet condition in points a) or b)
• A £10 charge (Inc VAT) applies if point c) is not met
3. Charging Period
The charging period runs from 00:01 Thursday to 23:59 Wednesday
4. Pausing Service
Drivers can pause their operator service for seven or more consecutive days. To receive a daily refund for unused service:
• Notify admin support before the pause begins
• Notify admin support before returning to work
5. Payment Details
Payments should be made directly to Delta’s account:

6. Phone Provision
If you need a phone to use our service:
• Deposit: £50 (Merseyside residents) or £150 (outside Merseyside)
• Weekly data charge: £5
• Deposit is refunded when the phone is returned
7. On Boarding Charge
Non-Merseyside residents will be charged a £50 on boarding fee. This fee is refundable after the driver has paid four consecutive weeks of Operator Fees from the on boarding date.
